The Gustave Station

A novel by W. Allen Baldwin

This is a novel about a future project gone wrong. Paul, a biologist and researcher, and also a tour guide, is stranded on a huge starship with eight women. Will any of them choose to go home, or will they choose to establish a colony around a star with only the people currently on the station? As Paul thought, "this could get complicated." It does.

Meanwhile, the government on Earth is ignoring the economic and environmental woes of the people. There is an attempt to distract people by fomenting a war.

The people on Earth think the inhabitants of the Gustave Station are dead. But life goes on.

Will Chelsea's boyfriend wait for her? Will Andrea's little sister survive the death of her idol? Will they want to return? Will the oppressive government allow them to?
